In Sharing Friends, Gretchen and Kali are inseparable best friends. However, when the teacher sits them at different tables on the first day of school, Kali's seven year old world is rocked. Gretchen makes a new friend, Marta, at her new table. Kali doesn't want to share Gretchen... and now Marta doesn't want to share Gretchen, either!
