Susan Fadler was born in a small rural Illinois community. She lived there until moving to Arizona with her husband, along with their two small children to the huge Navajo Indian Reservation. The family moved first to Many Farms, Arizona, a tiny little Navajo faming community.
"3 weeks after getting there, we had to pack up and move 13 miles to Chinle where my husband was principal of the primary school grades 1-3. We stayed for ten years. It was a wonderful adventure! Our entire family learned about the fantastic tradition and cultural ways of the Dine"! Susan said. "I learned about a Skinwalker when my son came running into our apartment with his friend shouting that a 'Skinnywalker' was after them. It didn't take me long to find out what that was. After that, I was so intrigued that I sat down and started writing."
Susan hopes that you will enjoy reading Skinwalker! Her second book is slated to be released by the end of this year. Thanks for visiting!
