About Seattle Outboard Association
SEATTLE OUTBOARD ASSOCIATION was founded in 1929 and is one of the oldest and largest clubs of its kind in the American Power Boat Association. SOA conducts outboard racing events throughout the state of Washington, supports races throughout the western United States, and its members race throughout North America. SOA's membership roster boasts of National Champions, World Record Holders, Unlimited Hydroplane champions of past and present, and some darn fun people too.
