Joshua wrote Jelly Pirates when he was six. The story was inspired by the Smuckers Jelly packets that sat on the table at the Kaffee Haus in Wooster, Ohio. It is a cute little tale of Jelly Pirates in search of honey treasure. Joshua hopes you like his book. We want you to know that any proceeds that he earns from his sharing his world with you will be used to help with his continued therapy and a portion will be placed in college fund as he has a desire to go to college. UPM is about reaching people in all walks of life. First to meet the physical and emotional need of support, resources, information...Then, as God opens that door, reaching their spiritual need for Jesus, as we love them through their journey. For the Thompson family they have reached out to families who have been walking through the journey of Autism, PANDAS and other disabilities along with just what life hits you with. Angel is the wife of a pastor. They both are not your typical pastor and wife couple as they choose to embrace each moment in life for Christ and encourage others to do the same. They are radical....yet that's who their Jesus is.
Angel has her BS in Psychology, MA in Mission and MA in Counseling from Grace College and Theological Seminary. They have 2 children one who is an energetic typical and one who is an energetic kid who happens to have Autism and PANDAS D/O. May you draw closer to Christ and recognize HIS moving in your life as you read her books.
