Xander Con is dead. At least that is what those at X-Con have come to believe. Six months have passed since the end of the war. However, Rain still has one last burden ahead of her before her battle is won. As she sets out on the long journey to find Xander, trouble is brewing once more. A secret organization named Phoenix, seemingly linked with the Lords, are performing experiments in the Arctic, tampering with a virus that if released could have devastating affects on a global scale.
