Alex Esguerra started a successsful export business in 1987 from a garage desk office. In 1990, he employed about 2,000 direct/indirect employees with a company garnering a $1M in Sales. Alex was appointed as the Philippines APEC Young Entrepreneur and Youth Leader in 1997. Yet eventually became bankrupt in 1999 losing everything during the dot com collapsed.
