2008 Jul 19 I had the pleasure of being interviewed on BlogTalk last night. Lady Eros, the host, was wonderful and fun, and I really enjoyed the hour we spent chatting, AND I really enjoyed hearing her read several of my poems for the listening audience and callers. If you'd like to listen to the interview go to:

and look for my name, Tamarah Wild. Feel free to leave comments and communications here at my Lulu blog, or through wordwhorepublishing@yahoo.com
2008 May 29 I am finishing my third and fourth books of poetry, and they will be available for distribution in July. I'm very excited about the fourth because it is a little different; it's my spiritual poetry. Note, I didn't say religious... but spiritual. I understand that some people don't want to read the wide variety of stuff that I put out there and would rather just touch base with certain things. So, voila!
I'm also doing research and interviewing for my first non-fiction book, which I'm going to keep a secret for a while longer. *wink*
Much love to you all, Tamarah
2008 Apr 27 Hello,
I very much appreciate the feedback and support I've received regarding my two published works and my third which is soon to be released.
Life has been a little rough the past few months and I've found myself a bit hollow spiritually, but I'm coming around with that and hope that the struggle will inspire me and possibly create some good poetry.
If you'd like to communicate with me please email me at wordwhorepublishing@yahoo.com. I appreciate any communications and feedback, and am available to schedule readings and collaboratory works.
Much appreciation and love, Tamarah
2007 Dec 07 Greetings and such to all! Happy Hanukkah!
I've been working on a hardback collected works and have finished it. That is what I'm giving Fela for Christmas, and I didn't plan on making it for sale because the cost of making it is quite expensive (it's over 630 pages long) and to make any money at all off of it I'd have to charge alot. I don't know if there's any interest in it. If I receive feedback that there is interest I might reconsider. It's all of my work from 2004 to the end of October 2006.
What else have I been doing? Working. Enjoying the fall/mind winter weather here in Texas. I'm doing some selling on ebay. My store front is Karma Closet if you have any interest. And I'm crocheting gifts for Christmas. Kind of a geeky existance right now, but it's relaxing and I don't feel stressed out by the Christmas money-spending nightmare. My gift-giving is token, things I've made for the recipient well in mind, or things I've happened upon that are pefect for the person. No one on my list NEEDS anything. And it's tough for the buddhist in me to tolerate just accumulating stuff. That's why I'm selling stuff on ebay-- to rid my space of clutter and things I don't need. Plus we're planning on moving and sizing down would be excellent. Music and books are the only things I continue to collect. Music because I believe it very much enriches a person's life, and books because....well, heh, that's kind of obvious, right? But I don't buy just any books. I buy poetry books. Books that I will reference again and again whether for inspiration or to reconnect with an emotion or whatever. I can't let myself buy the latest work of fiction knowing I'll read it once and then never pick it up again.
So...wow. Now that I've completely ruined whatever romantisized ideas any of you had of me.... I'm just a girl; that's what I've always said. And now you can see that that is true!
I wish you all peace and joy in the season for whichever holiday you experience. Please be kind and gentle with yourselves and others.
Namaste, Tamarah~
2007 Oct 19 Two Syllables, my second book of poetry is finally available. This book is a collection of the poetry that I've written about, for, or to Fela, my beloved. Because of the personal nature of the writing and the unusual circumstances of our "courtship" much of this poetry has not been seen by anyone but Fela and myself. *Deep breath* Until now.
2007 Aug 23 My second book of poetry, Two Syllables, will be available the beginning of October 2007. It is a collection of poems that I've written for, to, or about my beloved, Fela. It is a very personal collection that I gave her for her birthday last November. We look forward to sharing this intense part of our lives with you.
My first book, The Landscape and Architecture of a Woman, is available to be ordered at Barnes and Noble. They can search the title, or my name, Tamarah Wild, or use the ISBN 0979879507.
Thank you so much for your readership and support. Tamarah~
2007 Aug 18 1. Yes, I am a lesbian. 2. No, I'm not militant, and I don't hate men. 3. No, I've not always been buddhist. I was raised Methodist, and have been studying buddhism for the last couple of years. I've studied Hindu and Judaica a little too. 4. I was born in Wichita, Kansas, and raised in Manhattan, Kansas (though when asked I often leave off the Kansas part and let people think I was raised in Manhattan, NY) *crooked grin* 5.No, I do not think my views on sex and sexuality are perverse or controversial. My general take on things if you don't like what I do, don't do it. If you don't like what you see stop looking. If you don't like what I write, stop reading. 6. Yes, that is my partner on the cover of my book. 7. My age? Guess. 8. No, I don't get along with anyone in my family and it doesn't really have anything to do with my homosexuality. They didn't like me much long before I came out. 9. I don't know when I was born exactly so it makes the astrological stuff difficult. I was born either March 6th or March 8th. 10. Things I can't live without?-- my beloved, Fela. Sushi. Writing. And that is my first book. Another will come out in October and a third in December. And my novel will come out in 2008.

Print: $14.95 Download: $10.00 A once private collection of poetry written about, for and to Ms. Wild's beloved. An intimate glimpse of the intense and irrational way that love and lust wind through and climb into lovers' hearts and minds and souls.

Print: $14.92 Download: $10.00 "The Landscape and Architecture of a Woman" is a fearless and shameless examination of self and soul, a liberating work that empowers women to own their sexuality, to live their sexuality without apology.
Ms. Wild carves pain, longing and bliss from the same stone, availing a better understanding of what it is to be a woman- a woman in love, a woman in pain, a woman seeking to know, to understand.
Sometimes raw and abrasive, often eloquent, always with her very distinct meter, Wild writes with the sexual proclivity of Anais Nin, the spirituality of sufi poets Rumi and Hafiz, and the love-lust of Pablo Neruda.
A must-read for lovers of poetry, lovers of women, and those who seek to better understand the landscape and architecture of a woman.
