Damnation Hospital
Collected in this book are the two most exhaustive looks at Central State’s early history. "But for the Grace of God" by Peter Cranford and "Posey with the Insane and Sane" by Lois Lane were long out of print before Old Capital Press brought them back in 2008/09. The response was phenomenal. It soon became obvious that there existed an undercurrent of curiosity about the Hospital and its inner workings. Realizing that many people would like to have a keepsake edition collecting both works into one volume, the decision to issue Damnation Hospital was an easy one.
If this is your first visit to the world of Damnation Hospital, prepare for an in-depth (and unflinching) look at electro-shock therapy, hermaphrodites, sinister motives and illicit sex.
