Red is the one color that unifies us all. For Jessica, red is the color of revenge; for the passenger seated in row X seat 3, red will be the color of his nightmarish descent into one woman’s dark past...and darker present.

We are all walking stories just waiting to be told; but what responsibility do we have when we choose to unleash our darker tales on the world?

Holiday Short Story Series #3: Halloween.

In "Fido," we find that not only dogs can qualify as man's best friend....

I began scoring 'Palimpsest' in 2000, then put it all aside but for one track, 'Grain,' which took its own stretch of months. After 'Grain' was completed, I took a new, unique element from it and folded it back into 'Palimpsest.' That piece grew, then I once again put it aside, purposely, and began work on 'Grass.' When it was finished, I took one of its elements, and once again folded it into 'Palimpsest.'

I then began the final work on the 'Palimpsest' piece. I used the 22 tracks that existed, plus 8 more that I created/found/manipulated, to arrive at the final version of the piece. After all this I stripped 'Palimpsest' down to a few essential atmospherics, then took the very first sound of the very first piece that is heard on the disc (from 'Grass I') and built the denoument, 'Grass II.' Derivative, cumulative, composite and unique...something to hope Gestalt would have been proud to hear.
