Your cover exceeded the maximum size that our printer can print. If you created a one-piece cover, recreate it according to our FAQ… http://www.lulu.com/help/onepiece_dimensions

If you used our Cover wizard, this is rare issue that may occur when creating your project. Contact Lulu support by emailing orders@lulu.com or responding to the error email. Make sure to include your order # and Content ID in your email.
