Address messages to a Lulu account holder's username, which is the same as a user's storefront name. Find the storefront name by looking at the storefront URL. The name is the combination of letters and numbers following "http://www.lulu.com/" in the storefront URL.

Send messages for a group storefront to a group moderator. If you address messages to the name of the group storefront, no one will receive it.

Yes, you have the option to receive email notification when you receive a message on Lulu.com.

1. To enable or disable this feature, go to the "My Account" page.
2. Check the box next to "I want to receive notifications when I receive a message on Lulu" in the "Edit Account Information" box.
3. Click the "Save Changes" button.

Message addressees need a unique identifier, and unlike user names (i.e. storefront names), display names are not necessarily unique. If you enter a display name, there is no way of knowing which "Brad Smith" you want to send a message to.

Yes. Simply click the "+" link next to the To: field and another To: field will be added. To remove an additional recipient field, click the "-" link next to the field you wish to remove.

A link displays in the top right corner of your window when you view a message sent through Lulu.

• If the sender of a message is not currently on your friends list, the link will read "Add sender to friends." Clicking this link will immediately add the sender to your friends list and you will see a confirmation above the message that reads "You have added this person to your friend list."
• If the sender of a message is on your friends list, the link will read, "Remove sender from friends." Clicking this link will immediately remove the sender from your friends list and you will see a confirmation above the message that reads "You have deleted this person from your friend list."
• Users are not informed that they are added or removed from your friend list.

Add users to your Ignore List enter his or her username (i.e. storefront name) into the box and click the "Ignore user" button. Remove a user from your ignore list, by clicking the "X" next to the user's name.
