"And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music." Dr. Janni Lloyd had put together a fun and accessible book on the possibility of physical immortality. She approaches the issue of life extension from a number of perspectives by using her experience as a medical doctor, singer and spiritual seeker to show the path to everlasting life on this earth. It is a timely message in a world that is often far too grave. With a little more joy, and receptivity to joy, peace and prosperity would prevail. Longevity is key to self-expression and a manifestation of deep self-love. Only through love can we heal our wounds and the wounds of others.

I have read many of Dr Lloyd's writings and find her book to be an easy way of understanding this concept and how to incorporate it into our everyday life. Her approach is grounded coming from many disciplines and works of well-known scholars. With her great insights and tips we can see a bright and happy NOW moment and future.

I like the title of this book. For many years I have been exploring having more fun in my life. I notice that the most fun I have is when I feel life energy moving in me or in other people. This book is about some of the methods we all can use to increase the flow of life energy in our bodies. Janni has an easy to read writing style, she uses a combination of scientific thought, quotes from other authors, anecdotes, exercises and interesting insights to support her message of everlasting life. It takes a lot of courage to be one of the few who dare to question let alone write about the concept of physical death that most of us so loyally adhere to. I am grateful that there are people like Janni, strong enough to withstand the inevitable resistance that bringing this idea into our culture will engender, generously sharing herself and her journey to support others like me on our way to the truth of physical immortality.
