William Council has a B.A. in English from Columbia University and is a Desert Storm Marine Corps Veteran. A life long fan of comic books, William has interned at Marvel Comics with Editor, Gregory Wright. Both a Writer and a Graphic Artist since 1992, William is currently the President of Zephaniah Comics.
