Jeffrey Spahr-Summers is a poet and photographer living in Boulder, Colorado. USA. He is the publisher and editor of The Poetry Victims, Liar Liar Pants on Fire, americana photographic, Bent Backed Tulips and Frank Talk Blog. He is a former Chicago Stage Poet and founder of the Chicago Poetry Agenda. He is a former active board member of the Tulsa Arts and Humanities Literary Arts Council.
