Throughout the book, I share my journey and strategies that have helped me thrive in my lifestyle choice of vegetarianism (13 years in October 2023). Even though I absolutely do not persuade others to be vegetarian, I do know that there are long-lasting benefits to incorporating healthier food options on a consistent basis. I stress, throughout the book, to start where you are and grow from there!
