Video On Demand tells the story of a young girl venturing out into the world, and the strange things that happen in the apartment building where she starts her independent life. Her secret life becomes public knowledge and her way to get back is to fight fire with fire. It's a dangerous game, and she's not an experienced player. Her work colleagues love her, others love watching her. But watching turns into murder and murder turns into greed.
