The I.T. Manager relies on management skills, systems knowledge and various other business methods in order to give a good service to everybody in the company. The subject covers business computing and its management, the development of new systems, the implementation and their running. The Manager in computing is aware of actual examples and will draw on projects and experience gained in building large and moderate systems based on what the users require, their problems, the solutions and their training in ensuring the success of the new system, or additional information. The interface between the user and a computer system has always been an important design factor. In interactive computer systems the interface (the dialogue) can influence not only the system’s efficiency, but also its acceptability to the user.
