South Bend Indiana is on the brink of unpresidented urban warfare. A new Mayoral Candidate has secretly teamed up with the city's most notoriously feared cop. A savage and corrupt animal with a badge and a long, intimidating trail of terrorizing hundreds of lives for nearly three decades. For South Bend natives and childhood friends Denny, Shane and Cristophe, enough is enough. The gang, drug violence and demise of Officer Cooney must transpire meticulously and at grave risk inorder to keep South Bend from regressing back to it's brutal heyday of violent crime. The Mayoral Election draws closer, Officer Cooney continues his twisted pillage for profit and only the few brave warriors who have had enough are willing to exchange blood for blood inorder to keep their neighborhoods and lives from being dominated and utterly destroyed.
