PUZZLE MATH FLASHCARDS

Use these flashcards to practice the times tables (2s through 9s) with someone learning to memorize multiplication facts, first forward and then backward. Show the 'questions' like 8x6 in a random order and put the student's 'misses' in one pile and the ones s/he gets correct in another. The student 'keeps' the ones s/he gets correct, and the questioner 'keeps' the misses in a separate pile to ask again after the initial pile has been gone through. Then the questioner mixes up the misses and re-asks them to the student. This process repeats until the student gets them all correct. Two pages of 'questions' and 'answers' are also included so that the student can view products like "24" and give their factors like "6x4" AND "8x3". It is important that students have immediate recall of these facts in both directions, 'forward' and 'backward'.
