The DID Journal

By53 Pieces of Glass

Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
The author, 53 Pieces of Glass created this journal as a way for people with Dissociative Identity Disorder to encourage communication between alters through meaningful alter introduction pages, as well as to create an organized system for common information about the body for all alters to access. Based on their own folder system, this journal is aimed at people with Dissociative Identity Disorder but is welcome to be used by anyone who may find it helpful. The author is planning to release DID and non-DID planners following the release of this book, that compliment and pair well with this journal. A note from the authors: "This DID journal holds a special place in our heart and means more to us than we can collectively find the words for.  As you know, we too have DID and found a lack of resources in terms of journals, planners, folders etc., that were customized for DID systems when we were first diagnosed. We ended up creating our own folder/journal with all these pages in it to help us find structure and routine. How beautiful that a simple folder, some lined paper, a pen and a million stickers could take us from being an un-functional mess to a system who values communication. We hope the same happens for you, and we hope this journal is a safe space for that."
