Heisey Table Glassware Price List No. 60 with Supplement

A. H. Heisey & Co. (1896-1957) was an innovator and leader in the glassmaking industry. In addition to introducing hundreds of new designs in glassware and numerous improvements to the glass production process, Heisey also pioneered new ways to market glassware. Heisey price lists were periodically issued by the company to enable glassware buyers to order their products for retail sale. The lists provide detailed information about the available items in each pattern line, including pattern number, size, description, colors, decorations, wholesale pricing and detailed ordering instructions. Price List No. 60 is undated but was probably issued around 1902 since it features Touraine among several other early patterns. It contains listings and illustrations for a large variety of items. Twenty-two pattern lines are featured such as Locket on Chain, Fandango, Punty Band, Plain Band, Beaded Panel & Sunburst, Grove & Slash, Pineapple & Fan, Beaded Swag, and Peerless. Sections list items available with gold decoration (e.g. Pillows and Prince of Wales Plumes) and items available in Opal with assorted decorations including Winged Scroll.
