A dramatic kidnapping by her rescuer hijacks Silowet into an alliance with a bizarre hybrid. He takes her to a secret doomsday vault and the watermid teaching facility. Her highly developed powers raise suspicions in her axidoor instructor that she is a spy sent by the seat of power and sets out to kill her. Earth’s population goes mad. The high-ups send Silowet and her friends to disperse anecdote to cure them. Her friend, Ballow, seriously injured retreats to her hidden valley to die unfulfilled of her dream to return to the watery home she was banished from long ago. Silowet attracts the attention of high-ups by accidentally creating a new isotope that has the power to change the course of all species in outlying universes. They make her an offer. Her acceptance is the only way to save her dying friend.
