Defiance: The Cry of the Crillin

Lauren lived her life in the dark about who she was or the mysterious power she carried. But when she is forced to flee after its danger has finally caught up to her, she unlocks a portal that transports her to the continent of Iresin. A war torn land, ravaged by centuries of conflict and ethnic and social scarring, the continent presents Lauren with a nearly impervious obstacle for discovery as she is captured once more and brought to a caravan, sharing her place with four other prisoners each pertaining to their own unique part of the history of Iresin. Together with this group, after days of exchanging lives and stories different parts of their divided world, the five form a ragtag alliance to confront the evil “experiment” they believe is cooking under the surface of Iresin leadership - and its halting could determine the fate of the continent forever.
