The annual review is a time to reflect on the past year and set goals for the future. You’ll discuss your personal achievements and challenges, supporting one another through any setbacks. You also share your mutual accomplishments, recognizing the strength and growth of your relationship. This review is not just about setting goals, but also about celebrating your successes together.
