A musical children's book that highlights the importance of friends in a child's life when home can make a child "feel so alone." About the author: "Abbi lived through a lot of different socioeconomic lifestyles, as well as undergone different life hardships, and wanted to share them in this book to help other kids not be ashamed of themselves and their personal lives. This book was a result of a new project in her Music Methods course at the college, and she wants to take the inspiration she got from this book into her future teaching career." Abbi attends Central College in Pella, Iowa, and studies Music Education with Dr. Sarah Van Waardhuizen.
