This book is a beneficial introduction to the science of Tajweed, and to Qira’at, the different transmissions and preservation of Al Qur’an. It familiarizes one with how to start any Qira’ah and how to finish it, whilst utilizing the correct articulation points of letters and their attributes. A practical and contemporary method is employed in this book, where the concepts are accompanied with various pictures and illustrations to help communicate the knowledge and applications of Tajweed. It also contains oral and practical exercises, so that if understood and accomplished by students, they may be tested and then given an Idjazah to transmit these Tajweed sciences.
