Uninvited

In 1986, St. John's College, in Winfield, KS, was closed down due to declining enrollment, and its buildings were consigned to the dumpster of history. Twelve years later, Jack Connor and his girlfriend, Kate Samples, explore Baden Hall, the former administration building of the old college, and make a remarkable discovery of a paranormal element that changes their lives forever. In the present day, Kate, still haunted by her experience in Baden Hall, has now gone missing. Jack, her now-former fiance, is tasked by one of her family members to track her down. Jack quickly realizes her disappearance is linked to their earlier adventure there over twenty years before. He also realizes it's not where Kate has vanished to...but when.
