Everybody has a time when they are not on top of everything. Sometimes, those times are worse than others, and we find ourselves hitting rock bottom with no apparent chance of making things right again. It can be challenging and scary to realize that the things we have been working on are not in our favor. We feel worthless at times, maybe even hopeless. And that is natural. Everybody feels bad if they fail. I know I did, three times!
