Farewell to My Love

Agarahim Rahimov was born in 1948 in the Ucar district of the Azerbaijan Republic. He has studied in the Faculty of Pedagogy in Ganja State Pedagogical Institute (1967-1972). He is the branch director at the Institue of Azerbaijan Pedagogical Science Research (1976-1992). He obtained a PHD and professorial degree in 1993. Agarahim is the organizer of Baku Girls University and at present he is the rector of this university. His novels and stories (some translated into different languages) include "Two Wings", "My Double World", "Poverty", "Whirlpool", "Reminded Memories", "Two Tombs in Galingaya", "My Ancient Village", "Adventuress Niftulla", "Betrayal", "Cry", "Claw Me and I'll Daw You", "Murderers", "Adventure", "Honour", "Court of Conscience", "Nervous Gulsanam", "Telegram". "A Wolf Cub" and "Red Snow" have been screened as feature films. "Mother of a Soldier", "Love and Criminal" and "Greed of Money" will be staged as plays in the future.
