There are many today who advocate practices which lead a person to live life more spiritually. These people use the phrase, "we are spiritual beings having a human experience." A phrase that I believe is true. If we actually are spiritual beings having a human experience then the REALITY is that we are SPIRIT, not flesh. However, many people don't "see" or "live" their lives from this spiritual perpesctive. They "see" themselves as human. What is it that makes people believe they are something (human) which they are not? It is their IDEAS. People don't know what ideas are and what they are not. Many people do not know how the so-called reality of an idea colors the perception of all of our experiences. In this work I present a systematic way of identifying IDEAS that keep you ignorant of realizing the uncontested reality of who you are.
