DOES GOD REALLY GRANT THE REQUEST OF THE WICKED ONES?

It is no longer news that those who intentionally disobey God are the ones who seem to be living a good life. Despite the fact that God is too holy to behold iniquity, there are many acts of wickedness that are being perpetuated in the world today. Sadly, the innocent ones are not exempt from it. Again, who makes the wicked flourish? Or is there another spiritual entity that has the power to answer prayers?
