"Ice Cave" is a rubato and very textural piece. The A sections should be played unison by rhythm section instruments. Horns come in at the bridge. The last A should reach the dynamic peak of the song. Solo section is free with collective improv and should eventually fade out without returning to the melody. It can be heard on the CD, "In The Paint."
