In recent years, there has been a substantial increase in the successful completion of large-scale projects throughout the whole Middle East region. It should not be challenging to recognize the undeniable veracity of this statement. These projects are garnering significant interest from a wide range of stakeholders due to their innovative and comprehensive features. However due to lack of and the scarcity of SME's and the adversity of tackling such enterprises the volatility of success and failure go hand in hand with the later tending to prevail based on past performances within the region.
