Beyond The Stars

Jane McKenna has never felt like she belonged anywhere even after spending eighteen years on earth. Great as her parents were, and wonderful as her life was, Jane always felt out of place. When she starts seeing ghosts on her eighteenth birthday, her suspicions that she is not a normal kid are confirmed especially since she sees visions of another world. After helping many ghosts to find peace, Jane finds herself haunted by the ghost of a boy her age that refuses to find peace. As she spends more time with him, she begins to realize that he wouldn’t find peace until his death is avenged. Meanwhile, the aliens who survived the crash of their ship have been looking for Jane who happens to be the future leader of their planet for years. Sworn to protect her after her parents were killed by a traitor, Jane’s alien soldiers finally find her as she gets herself in trouble while looking for her ghost friend’s killer. Things become even more twisted when Jane and her companions realize that the ghost’s death is connected to the traitor that murdered her real parents.
