NO MORE BUTTS! A Foolproof Plan to Stop Smoking
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
I started smoking when I was 16. In my own defence, in the 1950's smoking was the accepted thing to do, and most of the population did it. It was almost 20 years before public was made aware of the dangers in smoking. By then, we were addicts. Now at 71, I have successfully quit smoking. In my 55 year history, I puffed myself through 501,875 cigarettes, give or take a few.I tried many times to stop, but what I didn't know was that a successful quit needs to be carefully planned. I planned for six weeks using every bit of imagination and creativity I could muster. I was committed, determined, and focused, reading every thing I could about smoking. I saw my old habit through new eyes. I never once doubted that I would stop smoking. This quit has been a remarkable, positive experience for me, and I know I will never smoke again. I put this little book together in the hope that it may help others who are considering quitting but are afraid to make the first step.
