Ascent of Soul

A classic work which attempts to apply a diffuse pan-religious theosophically minded doctrine to Christian thought, describing an awakening to Jesus as a mystery of "elemental processes and forces...(that) are all silent" moving along "pathways of growth". Life is one. It is all under the eye and in the strength of God. Spirits always grow because they always live...in their own places...some beautiful with the holiness of God; some only beginning to rise toward Him, like seed that has broken the soil and begun to move toward the light; and which some day also will hear the divine call, feel the touch of God's light, and begin to move toward Him. There is also a right and a wrong way to use thought, emotional, will. The mind which has hospitality for only holy thoughts will become clearer, and it's vision more distinct.
