The people elect or they follow a leader, be it a democratic or tyrannical leadership. People under such regimes follow a type of management. Management styles can, therefore, be considered as political systems where people participate in the smooth running of a country or a company, whether this is a global organization or a fruit stall in the back streets of any city.
