Pete and The Dog

Pete (real name: Rasputin) and The Dog (real name: The Dog) are always together. Pete is a full-time senior in high school, a part-time contract wizard for the Agency, and can’t die. The Dog isn’t real. Together, they have to stop a train from Hell, steal a piano, get a girlfriend (just for Pete—The Dog is fine being single), and save Pete’s hometown from imminent destruction (which, really, is the best kind). With help from his family, a storekeeper at the Cosmic Center of the Universe, and a steady stream of office supplies, Pete and The Dog learn important life lessons: getting off a bus can be harder than you think, ninjas come in all sizes, and girls are always more complicated than they appear.
