Within this fifth volume is the whole treatise, initially presented in three parts: The Andrew Murray Library” Series. This volume contains “Inner Chamber, The Master’s Indwelling, and The Deeper Christian Life.” From the early days of Christianity, the inner chamber has been a cornerstone of the church, as evidenced in the following: "But when you pray, go into your room, close the door, and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” Mt. 6:6. This is an essential component of one’s spiritual life. Andrew was one who wrote to interpret the Scriptures in such a way that Christians were free to believe and experience the grace of God. The obstacles to such lives included half-hearted surrender to God, a lack of confidence in the anointing of the Spirit, and a deep-rooted skepticism about the power of prayer. He believed that God had done everything necessary for people to live rich, productive, meaningful lives that participated in the life of God.
