Island

"Island," is a fiction novelette about a girl who buys a sailboat (with a stained glass window), which she names "Swan." Then she sails away by herself to her own perfect, private, paradise island she found in a library book. "Island," is a modern day parable based on Genesis 12: "Now, the Lord had said unto Abram, "Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee..." It is a prequel to "Chapelgate, a Spiritual Memoir," by Angel Isaacs which contains her songs, poems, short-stories and Autobiography written like footsteps from 1985-2009 on her spiritual journey.
