"Mister"

When people meet by chance, it can become the subject of an epic for all ages. Mountains change, rivers dry up, but seeking never fails the spirit. The pieces in this book are a collection of reflections, stories, and poetry on the philosophies of a former hippie from the social revolution whose path has lead him to working with people from all walks of life in this world living in America. "Mister" is his cherished name now as he interacts serving others in depths of teaching and learning. He is a teacher who you may know in your life from anywhere who has changed the face of education. His basic daily precepts:1)always greet people with a smile and a handshake, learners are people first; 2)share your own knowledge and personal 'learning moments' when teaching; 3)every day somehow learners teach others what they are learning and experiencing, be open for a window to catch it by negotiating for meaning; 4)talk about the future; and, 5)talk about civilizaiton and culture.
