This interactive English study book has been designed to complement study at KS2, 11+ (U.K.) and 5th Grade (U.S.) level students. Whilst taking study seriously, it allows for some fun elements to help keep creativity flowing and learning interesting. Children are encouraged to complete all elements by collecting stars, sending their work for feedback and entering a writing competition to win book vouchers. The book incorporates Chapter One of an adventure story of the hero, Max and his fearless dog Danny. Students are then encouraged to write Chapter Two of Max and Danny's adventure and send it to the author for feedback and marking. The rest of the story continues with verbal and non-verbal reasoning questions to test comprehension, spelling and grammar tests, a quiz and two pages from Max and Danny's Colouring book to aid relaxation when students need a rest from studying.
