Drives of Emotion

Throughout the multiple pieces of work in this anthology, the expression of my personal feelings and hopes for the future are woven into the stories. In these works, I talked about some interests of mine. Those being, running, nature, and the present people in my life. With the abundant emotion put into my work, I tried to make the reader feel like it was as if they were sucked into the book as one of the characters. In the short story “My Hometown”, you get to enter the main character’s mind and know at all times what she is thinking about the drama in her life. While in the haiku poems, there is strong emotion and imagery. There are a couple of of other different stories that also follow along with the similarity of emotion and connection to the characters. All of these stories/poems have a meaning behind them. No matter the length, at the end of each story you will be left with a powerful meaning that connects with the plot.
