About Ann Louise Smith

Hello, I would like to tell you a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. I have enjoyed several hobbies throughout my life but never thought I would someday be an artist or write a book. My family members have such interesting history and I have explained a lot in my book about my uncle Walter. My grandparents were also in India from 1901 - 1946 and I am in the process of organinzing over 3000 letters written by them or to them while in India. I am hoping someday I might get them into another book, God willing that is as I am in my 70's now. The antiques that were found in many trunks have kept my interest and even after 9 years, I am still organizing. I hope someone out there might be interested in reading about the missionaries and all their hard work to help the India people. I do hope you enjoy reading my book and may I suggest you read the section After the War first, it will help you understand the first section of the book better.
