This book includes originals and translations of many short poems and also long poems of the famous Russian-Soviet poet - O.E. Mandelstam. There were many attempts to translate the poetry of O. E. Mandelstam. However, this translation is the absolutely unique, as, in difference with other attempts of other translators, this translation preserves the rhymes, rythm, and also the musicality of all of Mandelstam's original poems. Besides, the current translator has Russian background, though is fully fluent in English, does not make such logical mistakes, as previous translators used to make.
