“Quiet As Kept”, takes us on a sabbatical from the truth. The truth hurts and because of its pain, Lydia Wise has chosen to wear a mask to hide behind. Truth has stronger “feet” than Lydia cares to deal with and it thrusts her into its arms. She is forced to embrace the truth in order to be free.
