The Rule of Reason of Magna Charta

Magna Charta, an International Treaty binding the United States and other Countries, requires that no person can be convicted or a crime nor put in jail at all, unless first tried under the Standard of the Law of the Land, with a Jury Trial. And, The Law of the Land includes the Law of Reason.
