The Orgelbüchlein Project (http://www.orgelbuechlein.co.uk/) is a long-term project to complete the unfinished portion of J S Bach’s collection known as Orgelbüchlein (Little Organ Book). The project has been conceived by the organist William Whitehead, and will involve collaboration from composers all round the world. The eventual goal is publication and recording of the ‘complete’ Orgelbüchlein, a twenty-first century act of homage to Bach, containing a range of new pieces from beginner’s level to recital standard. This dazzling chorale prelude is Antony Pitts's contribution to the project.
