The Butterfly Gang

Tad is the first boy butterfly to be seen in 158 years, he comes from a heritage of Master Blue Butterflies full of a great deal of knowledge, but he knows nothing of what it means to be a butterfly, not even how to fly. He meets three girl butterflies who are just about to start their epic migration south, and they decide they can't leave the first boy butterfly they’ve ever seen alone and take him along. Their journey starts here, and chronicles the most arduous migrations of any insect on earth, along the way bringing laughter, smiles, and tears to your eyes. This is the story about how the first Butterfly Gang formed. The characters Tad, Unicorn, Mariposa, and Rainbow are multidimensional, multilingual, playful, animated, and fun, and each offers unique qualities that help them complete their migration to El Rosario, their destination at the end of a 3,000 mile journey. The Butterfly Gang is camouflaged as a children's book, but inevitably pulls generations of readers to it.
