No one had ever returned from the Darkness. Eleven-year-old Izzy Rivers has never dreamed of adventure, and why should she? She’s perfectly fine in the Axer moon colony with her dad, thank you very much. Well, as fine as you can be when you’ve never met your mother and still don’t know anything about her ... Still, Izzy’s the last person to ever think of going to explore the Darkness, the darkest parts of the solar system.
